Lamy’s focus is purity. No new oak, no fining or filtration, and only native yeasts. His wines are aged in older barrels and shaped entirely by the character of the vineyard. These are tense, energetic Chardonnays with incredible clarity and a signature limestone snap.

One standout is the Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Clos de la Chatenière Vieilles Vignes, a steep, rocky site producing old-vine fruit with serious depth and drive. It’s a prime example of Lamy’s talent for turning Saint-Aubin into something extraordinary.
