High above Napa Valley on Pritchard Hill, Bryant Family Vineyard stands as one of the original cult Cabernet estates. Founded by Don and Bettina Bryant, the winery is known for mountain-grown intensity, polish, and long-lived structure, with fruit sourced from elite hillside sites farmed by David Abreu.

The Bettina Bryant Red is crafted as a slightly more expressive, earlier-drinking counterpoint to the flagship Bryant Family Cabernet—but make no mistake, this is still serious Napa mountain wine.

The blend - 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot - draws from Abreu’s Madrona Ranch, Thorevilos, and Lucia vineyards, three of Napa’s most coveted mountain sites.

Antonio Galloni called the 2010 “a delineated, highly expressive wine”, praising its energy, polish, and vibrancy, with layers of dark red fruit, crushed rock minerality, smoke, wild flowers, and tobacco, finishing “dark and explosive.”
