The 2010 vintage in Burgundy is one of the most coveted of the modern era — a cool, balanced growing season that delivered wines with incredible purity, energy, and structure. At Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé, the results were spectacular, and the Musigny Vieilles Vignes is widely considered one of the defining wines of the vintage.

Musigny is one of the Côte d’Or’s grandest terroirs — a vineyard capable of producing wines that combine Chambolle’s perfume with Grand Cru depth and longevity. Vogüé owns the largest share of this hallowed site, with parcels of old vines (many 40–60+ years) reserved for the Cuvée Vieilles Vignes, giving the wine extraordinary intensity and finesse.

This bottling is the domaine’s flagship — the purest expression of Musigny: rose petal, wild cherry, crushed raspberry, mineral tension, and that haunting silk-meets-precision texture that only the very greatest Burgundies achieve.
